Return Window

You have 60 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items should be returned in their original condition — unused, with all original packaging where possible.

Eligible Items

• Unused products in original packaging.
• Products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Items received as gifts (contact our team for a courtesy exchange or store credit).

Non-Returnable Items

• Products marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
• Gift cards and digital products.
• Items returned outside the 60-day return window.

How to Start a Return

1. Visit our Contact page and reach our Customer Service team.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason.
3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs on Returns

For standard returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For defective or wrong items, we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label wherever possible.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, our team is happy to help. Just reach out through our Contact page and let us know what you'd like instead.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within a short window after placement, while they are still in processing. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return upon receipt.
